Please follow the steps below.

When searching for a known book or article from a citation:

1. Go to and search for the book or article title under "BOOKS, ARTICLES & MORE"
2. For journals, you can search the journal title under the E- JOURNALS tab to browse by year, volume, and issue.

3. If the item is not found in steps #1 & #2, submit your request for the book or article using your ILLiad account. Here is the link to submit requests

This will allow the interlibrary loan department to track your requests and fill them quickly.  Articles and Book Chapters are typically scanned from a print copy and delivered electronically to your ILLiad account within 1-2 days. If we don't own the book or article in either print or electronic form the interlibrary loan department will need to obtain a copy from another library or other source.
