Q. I have a return label, but am unable to ship my package. What can I do?

We use FedEx for our world campus delivery service. If you are unable to find a FedEx location near you, you can contact FedEx to arrange a pickup of your package. You can find information about arranging a pickup here:

FedEx also offers drop off services at various locations:

Please note that we are unable to provide labels for other mail services, such as UPS or USPS.
