Q. What does this message mean "Your ILLiad account is not cleared"
I got this message "Your ILLiad account is not cleared. Contact ul-ILLiad-Support@lists.psu.edu" and when I went back into my account I saw "uncleared patron."
It means that the interlibrary loan department needs to verify that the person is a Penn State faculty, staff or student and eligible to use ILL. The "uncleared" patron queue is checked daily. Before being cleared, patrons have to be registered with the libraries and have agreed to all library policies.
