Penn State Faculty, Staff and Students:  ILLiad uses your Penn State Username and password to authenticate.  Interlibrary loan access is determined based upon your access account settings.  Limited and guest accounts are not valid.  If you are logged in using a guest account, you should log out and log in with your Penn State access account username and password.  You may need to clear your browser cache or log in using a private/incognito window if your browser has cached, invalid credentials.

Other Institutions: We do not serve individuals outside of the Penn State community.  If your institution / library has a lending account with us and are having issues logging into that account, please email ul-illiad-support@lists.psu.edu and we will investigate the issue.  If you are an individual (not on staff at a registered library), you should contact the academic or public library you are affiliated with to request interlibrary loans.
