• Penn State Online/World Campus Students
• Cooperative Extension Faculty and Staff
• Graduate Students Completing a Dissertation
• Continuing and Distance Education
• Faculty on Sabbatical
• Emeritus Faculty
• Undergraduates participating in an Internship Program
• Military service members (New fall 2024)

Please note: Items can only be mailed to addresses in the United States. Please contact us at ul-illiad-support@psu.edu if you live outside of the United States and require assistance to obtain materials. 

New fall 2024: 

Effective October 2024, we are able to offer physical delivery services to military service members with APO/FPO addresses via the US Postal Service. Contact us at ul-illiad-support@psu.edu if you have questions about the new service.
