Doctoral dissertations that are recent are in the ETDA site. Earlier ones are in Proquest. Non-affiliated users can order copies from Proquest.  Interlibrary Loan does not scan doctoral dissertations already available digitally through ETDA or Proquest.

Additionally, physical copies of master's theses & doctoral dissertations that are not designated as archival do circulate within North America via ILL.

Non-circulating, archival theses not available digitally through ETDA or Proquest are available as digital scans through the interlibrary loan department.
