If you are having issues with PDFs downloading incompletely in Chrome (can see one page and the rest of the pdf comes out blank). This is due to a recent Chrome update that prevents the in browser view of the PDF.

You can bypass this problem by opening the link in Firefox
OR
You can change Chrome's settings so the PDF downloads and opens in Acrobat Reader.
