Generally, no -- only if you have the right to share the final published version. To use Activity Insight (Digital Measures) to comply with Penn State's open access policy, you should typically upload your accepted manuscript, also known as a post-print, in the box marked "Post-Print Publication Files." (We provide instructions for depositing via Activity Insight.)
If you deposit via Activity Insight, the Libraries will make your post-print available through ScholarSphere according to the default terms of the journal’s publishing agreement.
