The PSU library does not maintain a subscription to the Foundation Center Database. Although we do have the print version of the Directory in the library.

Penn State provides access to a database similar to the Foundation Directory called Funding Institutional. You can access this and read about it from the Office of the VP for Research on the "Find Funding" page.  See https://researchsupport.psu.edu/osp/find-funding

You can access the Foundation Center database (part of CANDID) at a number of other libraries across PA. Search for one near you.
