Penn State Faculty, Staff and Students may submit a request for items not owned by Penn State via our InterLibrary Loan system:

• To request an article or book go to the link here: https://libraries.psu.edu/services/interlibrary-loan-services 
• Click on "Login to ILLiad or create an account." 
• You will see the ILLiad menu at the top of your screen. Click "Submit New Requests" and select the appropriate format option. Enter the information for the item you would like to request and click "Submit Request" at the bottom of the page.
• You will receive an email when the article is available.
