Follow the steps below.

When searching for a known book or article from a citation:

1. Go to libraries.psu.edu and search for the book or article title under "BOOKS, ARTICLES & MORE"

OR

2. For journals, you can search the journal title under the E- JOURNALS tab to browse by year, volume, and issue.

3. If the item is not found in steps #1 & #2, submit your request for the book or article using your ILLiad account. Here is the link to submit requests:  https://libraries.psu.edu/services/interlibrary-loan-services

This will allow the interlibrary loan department to track your requests and fill them quickly.  Articles and Book Chapters are typically scanned from a print copy and delivered electronically to your ILLiad account within 1-2 days. If we don't own the book or article in either print or electronic form the interlibrary loan department will need to obtain a copy from another library or other source.
