The PSU library does not maintain a subscription to the Foundation Center Database. Although we do have the print version of the Directory in the library.
Penn State provides access to a database similar to the Foundation Directory called Funding Institutional. You can access this and read about it from the Office of the VP for Research on the "Find Funding" page.
