You may access Gartner materials by going to the library website, then look under DATABASES.  You'll see this page https://libraries.psu.edu/databases#g-content

Under G, you'll see a link to Gartner Reports (Information Technology)

You'll be asked to log in with your PSU ID and password. Once in the Gartner database you can search for and view your report.
