You may return borrowed books to any Penn State library location at any Penn State Campus.  Most locations have book return receptacles near the entrance so you may also return items when the library is closed. 

If you are not near a Penn State library location, you can return books by mail. You do not have to pay for return shipping. You were provided a return shipping label when you received the book.
